I was born and raised in the Seattle Area, and I love the role I play in helping folks establish roots here as well. I have the privilege of being able to work 100% by word of mouth referral since enough of my clients connect me with their friends, family and co-workers to keep me busy. My sole purpose is to facilitate an excellent experience for my clients, whether helping buyers get the best deal they can on a home, or helping sellers fetch the highest price they can for their home listing, and I believe that's reflected in my years of supporting and educating my clients throughout the process. I pride myself on keeping in touch with my clients in the years after they close on their home, connecting them with my personal network of contractors and home services professionals when needed, keeping them updated about the ever-changing real estate market, and offering my two cents regarding home maintenance/improvement tips if they ever want to talk through a project.
I believe in earning your trust as your lifetime real estate broker, so I'm always looking out for what's best for you in the long run. For that reason, I'm often pointing out reasons why a particular home may not be the best investment for my buyers, or suggesting improvements to my sellers that will give them the optimal return on investment for years down the road when it comes time to sell their home.
