Justin and Andrew helped us every step of the way as we navigated the sale of our first house. They did extensive research so we could price the house appropriately and get it on the market as quickly as possible. They have a great network of resources, including photographers, painters, and stagers, who made our house look amazing. One of them was always available to answer our questions and keep things under control, even when we were feeling overwhelmed. I appreciate their easy-going demeanor and professionalism which made everything run smoothly for us. They are a great team and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for support in either the sale or purchase of a home.

While I did not hesitate to give Eva 5 stars in all categories, I would have given 6 stars for negotiation skills if possible... When we put in an offer on our home, there were other offers that were very competitive. I believe that Eva had drawn up an excellent contract which initially made the seller select our offer over the others. At this point my wife and I were extremely excited and ready to sign the contract, but Eva was able to make a few other adjustments which which the seller agreed to before the deal was finished(The new roof was great last winter!). Thanks Eva!

In this fast changing and competitive market he continually surprised me with his upbeat attitude and perseverance even as we changed our minds about where our new home was to be. Larissa is amazing. We put our Wallingford condo on the market in Spring of 2018. Selling the property seemed daunting, but Larissa made everything easy. She took control, knew exactly what to do, knew exactly how to make the unit sell for the best price possible. She was extremely communicative with me and explained every detail of the whole process. I met Ross at an open house he was hosting during an exploratory trip to Seattle. I had looked at quite a few houses that trip and was not ready to buy, but just wanted to get an idea of what the market was like. I was impressed by Ross's knowledge, candor, and lack of hard sell tactics, and knew at that point that I wanted to work with him when we were ready to move. I'm so glad I kept his card. Ross quickly learned what my wife and I liked and valued in houses, and found us appropriate listings. We wanted to see every house that seemed like a possible fit, and he was always happy to show us. He kept us feeling positive but was also realistic about the market, and cautioned us against settling for a house that didn't meet our needs. Most of the homes that fit our taste and budget were older, and many of them were in need of remodeling or more serious work. Ross's knowledge of remodeling and the underlying systems of houses -- foundation, electrical, plumbing, etc. -- was invaluable and gave us the confidence we needed to buy a house that wasn't already entirely fixed up. When we found the right house, it was during a fast-moving seller's market where most listings had multiple offers. Ross knows how to craft a strong offer and helped us put together a mortgage/escrow team that got our offer accepted and closed. We ended up with a nicer house and better location than we thought possible, and I am confident that it is Ross's skills that gave us the edge to make it happen. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who wants to buy real estate in Seattle!

As first-time home buyers, my wife and I relied heavily on Lara's expertise and experience to navigate the multiple steps to buying our home. We began the process feeling fairly intimidated, but Lara quickly put us at ease with her knowledge of the region and quick responses to even the smallest of questions. Since we moved to the city, she has helped us secure a rental and has provided advice multiple times when we considered purchasing a homes directly from different owners, where she would make no profit. For my wife and I, a bright spot in an otherwise complicated and difficult housing search was the chance to work with John. Throughout the process, we found John to be knowledgeable, helpful, and persistent in seeing that our needs were met. When we first began looking, John had already personally visited all the houses in which we had expressed interest. After showing us a few of them, he quickly understood what we needed and wanted in a house, and to guide our search from there. He has a number of contacts in various industries, connecting us to excellent inspectors, contractors, and others.

Claudine was great to partner with throughout a tricky and incredibly speedy house purchase. Where she really excelled for us was her attitude towards finding property not yet listed on the market, working directly with the builder to negotiate prior to listing. This saved a great deal of searching in the long-term, and we found a place that we love. She isn't afraid to get those killer heals dirty on the building sites and we loved it! She also made a great connection for our financing, which helped usher through a super-fast turnaround for the purchase.

Lara helped us buy our first home. We were completely inexperienced and the COVID situation had limited our options to tour homes. She was enthusiastically referred to us by a friend and from the beginning she didn't put any pressure on us to buy which I really appreciated after a couple of bad experiences with other realtors. She provided multiple listings according to our specifications and once we found what we liked she took charge of the process and guided us through the hoops that are involved in buying a home. Buying a home is exciting, but it can be stressful as well. Buying one 3,000 miles from where you live has the potential for being 3,000 times as stressful. Fortunately, working with Kristen was fully exciting and not at all stressful. We were buying a condo as a second home near our daughter and her family, and so we started with Kristen's request for our priorities. We made two trips to Seattle. On our first trip, Kristen showed us around various neighborhoods, and showed us several condos that matched several of our priorities. It was a preliminary "let's take a look around, see what's on the market, and find out your likes and dislikes" kind of a trip. We saw a lot, and congratulated ourselves all the way home in the smart choice we'd made in selecting "our" agent. Our second trip was three months later. During the interim, Kristen showed us online just about anything that matched our price range and most of our criteria. We let her know which ones we considered possibilities, and then Kristen previewed them. We don't know exactly how many hours she logged checking out the various condos, but it was considerable. She was in constant touch with us explaining the best/worst things about each condo and eliminating them when she felt they were simply not a good match. Her experience with the Seattle market, and her ability to keep our priorities in mind at all times were the keys to our successful second trip where we again saw several condos, all of which had been pre-screened by Kristen. We were able to easily (within 4 days) make a brilliant decision! There was no pressure from Kristen--she'd just done her job so well that we saw only real possibilities, one of which gently rose to the top of the list over the course of a few days. The light, the size, the location--almost everything on the list was accounted for and our biggest desire--a fun, walkable neighborhood was right up there at the top of the features list. More importantly, Kristen worked all this magic well within our budget. For us, the entire process from start to closing was pretty painless and we owe that to Kristen who is as professional and ethical as they come. We highly recommend her if you're buying or selling in the Seattle area. She's smart, knowledgeable, and a whole lot of fun too!

My wife and I interviewed several real estate agents and John gave us the best feeling by far. His great attitude, deep well of patience, attentiveness, respect for our position as first timer buyers, and many helpful tips continued from the first day we met him until we closed on our new home and beyond. One of the best parts about our experience with John was that he properly represented our interests. He took his time, never pushed us in any particular direction, and was very casual and easygoing while we were viewing properties. Once we were ready to make an offer, he fought for us vigorously and effectively. He helped us analyze the inspection, prepared an offer that was very attractive to the sellers but gave away little, and provided the tools we needed to judge whether to accept the sellers counter-offer. We got the home we wanted for a fair price, and as amazing as it sounds, we enjoyed the process too. When we buy our next home or sell this one, John is at the top of our list. We found one house that interested us, and John was able to advise and help us through a complicated process of offer and counter-offer. In that instance, we were unable to reach a compromise with the seller, and the deal fell through. Even so, John did not in the least treat us as though we had wasted his time or efforts, but continued to offer excellent service as we kept looking. We soon found another house we liked. Because we were in an unconventional financial situation, we ran into numerous unforeseen obstacles getting our mortgage approved, which delayed the closing. John kept us informed throughout the process, maintained good relations with the selling agent, and gave helpful advice on some mortgage issues. He made a point of being present at crucial moments, such as the inspection and closing at the escrow office, and was able to answer our questions at those times. Overall, we are very glad to have had John as our real estate agent. He provided excellent service, was knowledgeable and well-informed, and working with him was a pleasure. We look forward to working with him again when we need to sell our home. We strongly recommend John to anyone who needs a good real estate agent.
