Meet Brian Kalthoff

Thank you for visiting Lake and Company Real Estate, Seattle's leading independent real estate brokerage. I have been a broker exclusively at Lake for over a decade, working with both buyers and sellers in nearly every neighborhood of the greater Seattle area. I work with each client with an exceptional level of care and diligence. I strive towards each client feeling as though they are experts in the market as well by providing generous amounts of time and a straight-forward, candid approach to the market.

 

Having lived in Seattle most of my life, I have developed a strong interest in neighborhood development and care deeply about the health of Seattle's communities. I am class of 2012 graduate of the University of Washington's College of Built Environment, obtaining a Master of Urban Planning, with a focus on Historic Preservation, and a Master of Science in Real Estate. The graduate level research on real estate investment and development, historic preservation and city planning policy has provided me a highly specialized and unique view of buying, selling, managing and developing real estate in Seattle-- insights and expertise I share with my clients.

 

I am often involved in projects outside of brokerage, including involvement with the Seattle Chinatown International District Preservation and Development Authority, and other projects that would be of great interest to those interested in where real estate intersects with those in the community.
