Madison Valley

Experienced a revitalization in recent years.

Welcome to Madison Valley

Madison Valley is located just east of Capitol Hill, with short easy access to 520, I-5, and downtown. With a culturally rich and diverse history, Madison Valley has experienced a revitalization in recent years. At the heart of the community, a small business district offers some of the best restaurants in Seattle. There are several small parks, greenbelts, a community pea patch, and schools. Territorial views remain breathtaking, and new construction townhouses are being built throughout the neighborhood. The Central District lies south of Madison Valley and is experiencing a similar revitalization. One of the earliest neighborhoods in Seattle, the "CD" has many large turn-of-the-century homes, many of which are now being lovingly restored. The "CD" is also seeing a surge in new single-family homes and townhouses. The "CD" is the neighborhood choice for many who commute to the Eastside and downtown.
