Nothing in real estate matters more to me than my clients' wellbeing. To protect and promote that wellbeing, I do everything I can to ensure they have the knowledge and resources to make the best possible decisions. I achieve this by thoroughly explaining the home buying or selling process, staying consistently up-to-date on market trends, researching the history and condition of properties, and, most importantly, listening to my clients' goals. I then tailor their home search, offers, and listing strategies to reflect and achieve those goals. Additionally, I am deeply committed to advocating for my clients through detailed and timely communication with all parties, ensuring clarity throughout the entire process.
I take pride in applying my legal experience to the home buying and selling process—whether during negotiations, preparing the multitude of forms required for a transaction, or identifying and mitigating potential issues. I recognize that buying or selling a home is a significant life event, and I strive to ensure my clients feel supported, informed, and confident at every step.
Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, I moved to Tacoma to attend the University of Puget Sound. After graduating, I went on to earn my law degree from Seattle University. I’ve now lived in the Greater Puget Sound region for over 20 years, and I continue to fall more in love with it every year. Whether it's catching unexpected views of Mount Rainier or chasing Orcas around the Sound and spotting them from land (one of my favorite hobbies!), the beauty of this area never gets old.
I pride myself on combining my Midwestern friendliness, deep knowledge of Greater Puget Sound real estate, and legal experience to help my clients buy or sell their homes with confidence.
