Hello, I’m Justin - I have an extensive background in the housing industry and will bring a unique perspective to your buying or selling process. I started in property management then moved to construction where I developed a construction company focused on remodels and new construction builds. I have over 10 years of experience in real estate investing including: flipping, running short term rentals, and acquiring multi-family properties. I’m excited to join my wife Lisa and the Lake & Co team and share my experiences in real estate!


Real Estate Background: 

Lisa and I have personally bought and sold many homes, including flips, investment properties and personal homes.  We have built new construction in Seattle and worked on many other projects in the outlying areas.  We are here to help in many facets of real estate.  Our experience has enlightened our ability to understand what sellers are feeling along the journey. Our investment knowledge comes from first-hand experience, and we can help with the thought process behind investment property purchases.  We truly enjoy helping our clients buy and sell their homes, as well as having the opportunity to meet great people along the way!

A Little About Us: 

We met in Ballard in 2009 at an Ugly sweater party and a Seahawks game. We tied the knot in 2014 and have welcomed two sons, Miles in 2016 and Desmond in 2018.  In our spare time, you can find us chasing around our boys, watching Seattle Sports, BBQing with friends, and traveling any chance we get.
