Janeen Joshi
Real Estate Broker
I’ve lived in Seattle for 25 years. My first real estate purchase was a 1956 rambler in Greenwood. It was ugly and not very functional, but what we could afford at the time. Over the following few years, we were able to truly unlock the home’s potential by making significant improvements on a very limited budget. Our second home was a 1958, mid-century, split level house in Wedgwood. With a baby and toddler in tow, I managed the project to turn this into our forever home. We’ve called Wedgwood home since 2007. I have a personal passion for finding potential, and envisioning better uses of space.
Before getting my real estate license, I spent 15 years working in Industrial Sales and Customer Service. I enjoy building relationships, and getting to know and help people. I have a strong knowledge of Seattle: the neighborhoods, schools and parks. I would love to partner with you on your real estate adventure. I pride myself on my honesty and integrity, and will treat each transaction as if it was my own.
My family consists of my husband Suhas, our children Eli, Isaac and Olive, and, the star of the family, our loving dog Bruno (we named him before Encanto). We enjoy traveling to far away places and nearby in the mountains, hiking and backpacking. When I’m not driving kids to swim meets or karate lessons. I enjoy gardening in the Picardo community garden and volunteering at Wedgwood Elementary.
