Since 2000 I have had the pleasure of working in the Real Estate field, first as a Property Manager and then as a Consultant helping Buyers and Sellers change homes. Since 2004 it has been my magnificent experience to work at Lake & Company Real Estate Inc. Helping people to find their home which fits their Ultimate Scenario (goals/wants/needs) is my desire. More than a salesperson, I am a REAL ESTATE CONSULTANT, COUNSELOR, PROFESSIONAL NEGOTIATOR, CLIENT ADVO- CATE and TEACHER.. The most important piece of a transaction clos- ing is when my clients feel that they have made an educated decision they can stand behind.

Whether purchasing or selling a home, this decision is a huge and significant financial one. Each and every client is treated with care, commitment and utmost competence on this important life event. As a Real Estate Consultant, I believe I should not tell you what home to buy, but to edu- cate you on the market and to consult with you on what will best fit your needs. As a homeowner, I have an understanding of home ownership and an thrilled when others obtain this pleasure and are also thrilled.
