Meet Caitlin Spence

My mission is to help people find the property that’s right for them, at the right time, and under the right terms. After a decade in the nonprofit sector, I came into the real estate industry with a strong service mindset. This means I take the time to understand your unique goals and needs, and I’m always available to answer questions and talk through your options. I am on your team every step of the way.

 

My first home was a newly constructed townhouse in Magnolia, short on personality and big on bathrooms. Now we’re in a 1904 farmhouse in Ballard, which initially had the exact opposite challenge. I’ve had lots of opportunities to get creative about design and remodel work. I apply my creativity and problem-solving skills to meet my clients’ needs and ultimately bring their vision to life. When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me at our river property in the north Cascades, palling around town with my husband and two kids, or volunteering at the Ballard Food Bank. I have strong ties to the Seattle community as a resident, volunteer, Seattle University alumna, and parent. Those who know me, trust me.
