She immediately sent us some homes to look at online. Most we had seen on Zillow but there was one that was a tiny bit over the price range we had set. She showed us all the homes the next evening, Thursday. And we found our home that evening, the one that was slightly over what price range we were looking at. I'm so glad she opened us up to that opportunity. She was on the phone with the selling agent while we were looking at the house getting the details on the sellers and any other offers on the table. We decided later that night to put in our offer. The next afternoon our offer was accepted. It was smooth sailing with Brie from then on. She answered all our random questions throughout the process and kept us in the loop. We are fortunate to have had such a wonderful home-buying experience. She was like the best friend next door, always there supporting our real estate needs, whether answering a question I had at 7 am or a thought on an area to search at 11 pm. Ding! sounded my phone, and it was Lihai answering my question, always so attentive! She helped us find the perfect house in a solid neighborhood. Lihai was patient as we searched up and down the I-5 corridor (from Olympia to Bellingham to Olympic Peninsula) and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes. She also helped us navigate in the negotiations and the inspection process.
