As a Seattle-based buyer and seller's agent with over 15 years of general contracting experience, Jason Hansen knows how to inspect and assess a property to help you understand exactly what you are getting.
Before Jason entered real estate, he co-owned a residential and commercial renovation business, Hansen Renovation, Inc., with his twin brother, Josh. Together they provided in-home consultations for a myriad of renovation projects, including, kitchens, bathrooms, additions, basements, and wine cellars. From creating initial estimates to final project completion, Jason worked closely with clients as he managed all phases of remodeling projects. Eventually, he went to work as a Project Manager for Prestige Crafted —an award winning Seattle home custom builder.
In 2012, Jason decided to put his home construction expertise to work as a buyer and seller's agent in the greater Seattle-metro area.
Jason holds an M.A. in Political Science/Public Policy and a B.A. in Political Science from Western Washington University.
He and his wife, Alison live in their dream home in Greenwood. As a contemporary-style modern home, its unique architecture and design were featured in both the Seattle Times and Metropolis Magazine.
