Ellen has been a Successful Seattle Real Estate Agent since 1997 and works with both Sellers & Buyers.
She is committed to educating and providing services to her sellers so that they can get the best value in the current market. Her seasoned eye helps inform Sellers on what projects will be worth their expense in resale, and she guides her sellers to be in top show condition when they hit the market.
When working with Buyers her focus is to point out any serious concerns they should have regarding floor plans, location, and the condition of any house they are considering. She has extensive experience with first time buyers, move up buyers and now a wave of empty nesters, scaling down.
She is primarily focused in the Ballard, Phinney Ridge, Fremont and Green Lake neighborhoods, and has a broad base knowledge in housing stocks and structures, from basic bungalows to high end new construction projects as well as extensive fixers and remodels.
In her off time, you can find Ellen at swimming across Green Lake, skiing at Crystal, or taking a long walk or in a coffee shop writing children’s stories.
