Navigating the dynamic terrain of Seattle’s housing market requires having a dedicated expert on your side. It's my honor to serve as a trusted guide to both buyer and seller clients.
Since moving here in 1980, I have watched Seattle transform from a small city known for its aerospace industry to a world-leading destination for business, tourism, and living. This deep well of local knowledge and appreciation of the Puget Sound area informs and enhances every client relationship.
Whether you’re a new-to-Seattle buyer or have lived here for a while, my goal is to help find and secure the right-fit home for your needs and stage of life. I began working on houses in the late ’80s, doing full remodels in Seattle’s Central and South End neighborhoods with a local contractor before buying and remodeling a 1906 Farmhouse in Madrona with my wife Annabelle. I tap into that experience to help my clients see the potential in every property, and I work across all price points.
When I’m collaborating with my sellers to prepare a home for market, my years of home remodeling and reconstruction experience inform the process of assessing where clients will achieve the greatest return on investment. Buyers’ needs and wants shift with the times and it’s important to work with a Realtor who understands current trends and can help you achieve your desired outcome on a timeline that works for you.
Outside of work you’ll find me scuba diving in the bracing waters of Puget Sound, hiking or skiing in the Cascades, or serving up a tasty meal to friends.
I love the Pacific Northwest and strive to help my clients enjoy and appreciate this area as much as I do!
