Get to Know Me

I made the decision to jump into real estate in 2002. I purchased my first home in Broadview (North Seattle) and had a below average experience with our real estate agent. No follow-up after we signed the contract. I thought, "wouldn't it be cool to be the kind of agent who focused on being as informative & knowledgeable as possible, while making the process enjoyable, too?" Shortly after that, I acquired my license and began selling homes.

Prior to my work in real estate, I had been working as a social worker helping homeless young adults obtain housing. I saw potential for the crossover between the two professions. That experience helped me understand that listening to what someone wants for themselves could be an asset, rather than what I want for them.

I currently live in Ballard's Whittier Heights neighborhood where I have been since 2005. This is where my deep love for NW Seattle started!

I am one of the top agents in all of North Seattle and am passionate about delivering exceptional results for my buyers and my sellers. This requires a robust market knowledge, which I have gained in my almost 25 years of experience. I have seen healthy, competitive seller markets, as well as helped buyers and sellers navigate the Great Recession. Buying or selling a home has great nuance and you should have someone in your corner who knows how to help get you the best results. I also have an amazing team in place to help work with contractors to make your home shine or help me show you a home on the rare occasion that I am unavailable. It is important to me that I am always your point of contact, but have built out the support required to make sure we are meeting every deadline.

In closing, I have lived in the Seattle area my entire life, which is an absolute plus for a real estate professional. I love this city and enjoy being a member of our community.
