I come from a long line of entrepreneurs. My great-grandfather, grandpa and uncle owned a bakery in Ravenna for 60 plus years. I am convinced the hard-working business owner gene was passed down to me. In my former years, I owned and operated my own little pottery painting business and coffee shop. I know my life and work experience have made me passionate about customer care!
