ABOUT ME ~


I grew up in the Wedgwood neighborhood of Seattle and love the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest! One of my favorite activities is photographing the seasonal changes that can be so dramatic around the greater Puget Sound.

I have two wonderful children and three grandchildren who never cease to amaze me and continue to keep me young!

My past work experience includes handling homeowner’s claims for a large insurance agency. I worked extensively with building contractors and have an invaluable understanding of home construction.

I came to work at Lake & Company is 1999 and love our unique, independent regional office. Our supportive management team, staff and brokers make going to work everyday fun and exciting! Our office has a wonderful and well-deserved reputation.

I love my work as a Realtor and am proud of the fact that the majority of my business is a result of referrals from satisfied and happy clients.

Lynnda helped me sell my home. It was an older house and it needed several repairs and upgrades before it was market-ready. She provided references to contractors, helped me prioritize the list of repairs, and had a keen eye for improvements and fixes that would be attractive to potential buyers. When the repairs were finally done, she advised me on the finishing touches that needed to be made. She conducted an analysis of comparable properties in the neighborhood and helped me determine a reasonable asking price that netted three offers within a week. Throughout the whole process, I appreciated the fact that she was very communicative and provided advice and answered my questions.
