Being a native of Seattle, I have always considered myself lucky to have been born and raised here. I grew up on Queen Anne hill attending QAHS and then graduating from the University of Washington in Design. I was a textile representative calling on the Interior Design /Architectural trade for 25 years before leaving to open my own Interiors business “Refine Design." My husband and two daughters are the light of my life. Golf and skiing are my two favorite sports.
I started staging for local realtors, which inspired me to get my real estate license. I often wished I would have gone into Real Estate after buying my first home in Magnolia at the age of 24, but I believe in following your passion and that was interior design.
My other passion has always been houses, and I have been involved with remodeling multiple homes to maximize their value and potential. I understand the construction process and can help my clients to realize their dreams whether it is new paint, reconfiguring walls or just doing some cosmetic updates.
I love working with people and helping them to find their “perfect” home. I know Seattle neighborhoods and current comparative values. I understand and have worked with the needs of first-time buyers, move-up buyers, empty-nesters and down-sizers. Second home markets have been an area that I have followed and love the hunt for that perfect place to relax and enjoy quality time.
I believe in working hard for my sellers and giving maximum exposure via inviting open houses, active marketing on the multiple real estate websites and whatever it takes to find a buyer. Give me a call to help you sell or find the home of your dreams!
Linda is an excellent real estate broker and quite literally the reason our first offer was accepted. Thanks to her experience in the Seattle area and being a career realtor she guided us to find the right house for us and helped us make our offer competitive. Our instinct was to make our offer contingent upon inspection, but thanks to Linda's advice, we did a pre-inspection and that made all the difference. Linda was very helpful in guiding us through this process as we are first time homeowners and she was readily available to answer our endless questions. It was also reassuring to get her perspective on the home's location as it was unfamiliar to us and we now love it. I would highly recommend Linda to anyone! Thanks again!
Linda has a lot of energy and always kept us up on new houses available. She is a great Realtor-- available at all times. She is a keeper. Linda is helping us find a new home and helped us sell our Lake Forest Park home. We would refer her to family and friends!
Linda was a godsend in the homebuying process - with my husband deployed and navigating the home buying process for the first time, there's nobody else I would have preferred to work with. After having to leave a different realtor who was non-responsive and cost us the opportunity to bid on multiple homes we wanted, Linda was punctual, supportive and was truly a friend who made the process low-stress, exciting, and easy to understand. Many Thanks!
Great service, Linda! We appreciate your time, attention to detail, and always [being] willing to answer questions. You go above and beyond for your clients!
With much appreciation,
Linda was a fantastic realtor who did a great job of being both cordial and professional. Would recommend.
Linda was referred to me by my supervisor at work and she lived up to all of my expectations. We were first time homebuyers and Linda provided us guidance that proved invaluable throughout the process. She provided us with "motherly" advice when we needed it most and we were very appreciative of it. She has incredible patience and professionalism. I would work with her again, and I have already recommended her to friends!
It was wonderful working with Linda on her 1st short sale. She was VERY professional and helpful through the whole process we will use Linda again and highly recommend her. Thanks for Everything!
Thanks again for being a "super-realtor". We surely benefitted from your talents. Best wishes to you as the current housing market crawls out of its low spot. You're proof that hard work does sell houses.
You went way beyond what you had to - including cookies, birdfeeders and painting. If we couldn't be there, you were the very next best thing. We are grateful.
We've already got friends we're sending your way!
