Being a native of Seattle, I have always considered myself lucky to have been born and raised here. I grew up on Queen Anne hill attending QAHS and then graduating from the University of Washington in Design. I was a textile representative calling on the Interior Design /Architectural trade for 25 years before leaving to open my own Interiors business “Refine Design”. My husband and two daughters are the light of my life. Golf and skiing are my two favorite sports.
I started staging for local realtors, which inspired me to get my real estate license. I often wished I would have gone into Real Estate after buying my first home on Magnolia at the age of 24, but I believe in following your passion and that was interior design.
My other passion has always been houses, and I have been involved with remodeling multiple homes to maximize their value and potential. I understand the construction process and can help my clients to realize their dreams whether it is new paint, reconfiguring walls or just doing some cosmetic updates.
I love working with people and helping them to find their “perfect” home. I know Seattle neighborhoods and current comparative values. I understand and have worked with the needs of first-time buyers, move-up buyers, empty-nesters and down-sizers. Second home markets have been an area that I have followed and love the hunt for that perfect place to relax and enjoy quality time.
I believe in working hard for my sellers and giving maximum exposure via inviting open houses, active marketing on the multiple real estate websites and whatever it takes to find a buyer. Give me a call to help you sell or find the home of your dreams!
It was wonderful working with Linda on her 1st short sale. She was VERY professional and helpful through the whole process we will use Linda again and highly recommend her. Thanks for Everything!
Thanks again for being a "super-realtor". We surely benefitted from your talents. Best wishes to you as the current housing market crawls out of its low spot. You're proof that hard work does sell houses.
You went way beyond what you had to - including cookies, birdfeeders and painting. If we couldn't be there, you were the very next best thing. We are grateful.
