On a completely different note, I'm also an avid Pacific Northwest sports(wo)man--I've recently been taking clients on home tours via our road bikes. If you like cycling and want to really know the neighborhood you're considering moving into I would highly recommend a cycling home tour. I've dubbed it R.E.Cycling (Real Estate Cycling). It's very Pacific Northwest--green, fun and informative! If you don't know where you are unless you're on your bike, R.E.Cycling is for you. It's definitely the way to view homes, especially if we throw in a coffee shop stop and really get the full Seattle experience.
