5 stars across the board without exaggeration or hyperbole. I have not met an agent yet with deeper knowledge of Seattle’s many, and very distinct, neighborhoods. Jason is old school Seattle, knows this city, the market and his business like the back of his hand. It’s so comforting to have an agent who just “knows”. When your agent literally remembers half the houses you’re seeing, from previous showings, previous sales, or just because the guy is insanely well informed, it makes the experience a lot more about finding the perfect place to hang your hat and less about researching street parking and bus lines. For folks moving in from out of State you will not find more sound advice regarding neighborhoods; for locals you’ll find Jason knows the ins and outs of almost every Seattle ‘hood. I think he’s lived in most of them! Hey locals, Jason is Seattle through and through. I have recommended Jason to many people and have received much gratitude in return. It’s rare you can recommend a service or business without any caveat or hesitation. In terms of his chops as an agent I can say I’ve only ever paid less than I expected, and received more than I expected – period. Can’t really beat that. I have no horror stories to share with other home buyers – I have never had a paperwork snafu, never had a date missed, never had anything but exactly what Jason said would happen, when he said it would happen, exactly as he described. Not to say there weren’t inspection issues, negotiations, last minute change-ups – but we knew what to expect, Jason prepared us for anything and everything. Even with no surprises, we still came up with stupid questions, and Jason makes himself available with a phone call and seems to always have the answer. I just can’t recommend Jason highly enough; it’s a no-brainer.
