Ever since I can remember I have been obsessing over spaces. Clearly I remember spending too much time with an assignment in 1st grade to draw my house, and on a regular basis staying up too late in high school to rearrange my room. It lead into my college days of drawing plans for houses I dreamed of creating one day. And then I met my husband, a perfect match, I dreamed and designed and he was able to make it a reality with his ability to work his carpentry magic.

In our mid twenties, before we were married, we bought our first house, trading our Europe trip savings for the down payment, eager to start our first project. Since then, we seem to run into opportunity after opportunity and have sold, bought or built on average every two years, just to satisfy that desire for a new pallet.

Then one day it hit me… my obsession with houses could actually turn into the career I had always dreamed of. My history with buying and selling on a personal level helps me understand my client’s needs throughout one of the most exciting transactions of a lifetime.
